Quick Start Guide
Alignment
To align the airFiber radios for best performance, you MUST align
only one end of the link at a time. Begin the alignment process
with the Slave first.
1. Loosen, but do NOT remove the eight Lock Bolts located on the
Alignment Bracket.
2. While adjusting the azimuth, observe the numeric LED Display
located next to the CONFIG port. The values are displayed in
negative (-) dBm. Adjust the azimuth for the strongest received
signal level. For example, a displayed value of 42 represents a
received signal level of -42 dBm, which is a stronger received
signal than 47, which represents -47 dBm.
