ORDERS
• Possession of Aqua Lung/U.S. Divers price list does not constitute an offer to sell. Aqua Lung/U.S. Divers reserves the right to accept or reject
all orders at the Vista ofce.
• All prices subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at time of shipment will apply to all orders including back-ordered items.
• To place orders or request status contact an Aqua Lung/U.S. Divers Sales Representative by calling 1-877-252-3483 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST.
• To place an online order, refer to instructions on page “4”.
TERMS AND DISCOUNTS
• Net 30 days.
• Ground service in Continental USA is provided as standard at customer expense. Special shipping must be requested at time of
order and is provided at customer expense (3rd Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, Air Parcel Post).
• All orders will be FOB our plant in Vista, California or Calexico, CA. NO FREIGHT ALLOWED
• There is a 50.00 charge applied to all returned checks.
• For your convenience, we accept Visa and Mastercard ($100.00 minimum order).
• No deductions may be made in remittance on invoices due without prior issuance by Aqua Lung/U.S. Divers of a credit memo to cover such deductions.
• All invoices and orders payable in U.S. dollars.
• Discounts on current invoices will not be allowed if account is delinquent.
• Claims for merchandise damaged, lost, or not delivered must be led with carrier within 10 days after receipt of shipment.
• Claims for storage on sealed cartons must be led with Aqua Lung/U.S. Divers within 10 days after receipt of shipment.
RETURNS
• Merchandise may not be returned without authorization from the Vista ofce and the issuance of a return number for each specic shipment.

• Customer account number and issued return number must be marked on the outside of the carton.
• Unauthorized return shipments will be automatically returned or placed in storage at the customer’s expense.
• No return shipment will be accepted freight collect.
• Returns of saleable merchandise, other than shipments made in error, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge plus any applicable freight charges.
WARRANTIES
• Where factory irregularities are found in current merchandise, then following authorized return of such merchandise, Aqua Lung/U.S. Divers will make
replacement or repair without charge, if such claim is deemed justied, for Aqua Lung and Deep See products for up to 1 year after purchase.
• The cost of freight is not covered for warranty claims.
FREIGHT
• Aqua Lung no longer offers free freight for military orders
• Ground shipments are not guaranteed to ship same day. Shipment times are based on current warehouse schedule.
• Expedited orders (3rd Day, 2nd Day, Next Day Air) must be received by 11am PST in order to ship same day. Orders received after 11am may not
ship same day.
• Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser.
• Insurance must be requested at time of order.
• All orders are FOB origin(Vista or Calexico, CA) Lost or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of Aqua Lung. Claims must be led
by ecipient to their carrier of choice.
