Setting CO Pressure
To minimize foam for most beverages the pressure should
• Set the pressure by turning the handle on the front of
the regulator counterclockwise until it is all the way out.
• Turn the valve on the bottom of the regulator to the
side to ensure no CO
will pass through the regulator.
