6.3.2 Block Transfer
6.3.2.1 Download Start of a Block (DLD_START, 0x01)
The block transfer starts with the call up. A new DLD_START with no previ-
ous DLD_END breaks the transfer off and initializes a new transfer. The
command block is concluded by DLD_END.
