Pre-approved antennas list
This section lists the internal and external antennas that are authorized for use together with the
NINA-B4 series modules.
u-blox has provided these pre-approved antennas and reference design to enable quick time to
market.
It is possible for module integrators to add their own antenna and connector design but these
must be approved by u-blox (Class-I permissive change) and in some cases may require new
testing and/or radiated emission and/or SAR evaluation (Class-II permissive change).
Contact your nearest u-blox support for more information about this process.
Note that not all antennas are authorized for use in every markets/regions.
