Trouble Shooting - No power / Blank screen
Use this diagram to
troubleshoot an apparent loss
or blank screen:
Is the vehicle’s battery
connected & fully charged?
Are all connectors plugged
into the IVU & display?
Is the LED on the IVU on?
Is the power LED green on the IVU?
Contact an authorized
representative to
inspect the system
Connect / charge and
retest
Replace & retest. If
fuse blows again
contact authorized
representative to
inspect
Replace cable and
retest
The system was in a
low power mode.
Retest

Has the fuse blown?
Is the cable between the IVU
and display in good condition
(no cuts and breaks)?

Connect and retest

Switch the Vehicle ignition to
the ‘On” position. Does the Power
LED turn Green
Is the power LED blue on the IVU?
