Shovel IVU Configuration – Setup Tab
Configuration should only be completed once
the IVU and node are installed and have
power.
On the “Setup” tab the following items are
significant for the IVU:
• Length: The length of the body of the
Shovel (not including the boom)
• Width: The width of the body of the Shovel
• Rotation point from front: is the distance
from the front of the body to the center of
the rotation point
• Boom length: The maximum length of the
boom extending past the body (at
maximum extension)
• Side: Side of the body that the operator’s
cabin is on
• GPS Location: This is the location of the
IVU’s GPS antenna (A) relative to the front
left corner of the body. (Same as for any
other vehicle)
