Software License
What follows below is a TWO NOTES AUDIO ENGINEERING SOFTWARE LICENSE. Please read this agreement care-
fully. By installing, copying or using all or any portion of the software you accept all the terms and conditions
of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreements, please do not use the software. If
you agree with the terms herein, please retain the document as it is your proof of license to exercise the rights
granted herein.
The SOFTWARE may include product activation and other technology designed to prevent unauthorized use
and copying. This technology may cause your computer to access the Internet.
1 DEFINITIONS
"TWO NOTES AUDIO ENGINEERING" is a registered trademark of OROSYS SAS, 145 rue de la marbrerie, 34740
Vendargues, France.
"COMPUTER" means a physical or virtual device that accepts information (in the form of digitalized data)
and manipulates it for some result based on a program or sequence of instructions on how the data is to be
processed.
"SOFTWARE" means all the informations with which this agreement is provided, including but not limited to
TWO NOTES AUDIO ENGINEERING and third party software files, documentation and any graphical elements of
the graphical user interface.
"RAM" means Random Access Memory, it is the place where the operating system, application programs
and data in current use are kept so they can be quickly reached by the COMPUTERS’s processor.
"SERVER" means a computer that a SERVER program runs in to fulfill requests from client programs in the same
or other COMPUTERS.
"INTERNAL NETWORK" means a private and proprietary network resource accessible only by employees (in-
cluding temporary employees) and individual contractors of a specific corporation of similar business entity. In-
ternet or other network community open to public, including groups accessible under subscription are excluded
from “INTERNAL NETWORK”.
2 SOFTWARE LICENSE
1. GENERAL USE. If you obtained the SOFTWARE and any required numbers from OROSYS SAS or one of its
authorized licenses and as long as you comply with the terms of this agreement, OROSYS SAS grants you a
non-exclusive license to install and use a copy of the SOFTWARE in a manner consistent with its design on
a single COMPUTER. The SOFTWARE is “in use” when it is loaded in the RAM of the COMPUTER or installed in
the permanent memory (including but not limited to hard disk, CD-ROM, USB keys or other storage devices)
