109 Part Process not Congured.
Thisrepresentsastatus,notafault.ThisisusedwiththeDFC3000only.Itmeanstheoperatorhasn’tloaded
the cutting process from either the TSC 3000 or from the program embedded in the cutting table CNC control-
ler. The solution is to load a process. The code will continue to be displayed until the CNC Start is applied at
which time the code will clear.

theinverterisenabledanditsbrightnessvarieswiththedutycycleofthePWM.
Signals:
GeneraldescriptionofsomeInverterSignalspassedtotheCCMthatcangeneratefaultcodesinGroup2.
“Ready”alsocalledACINFLT(D4,READYLED,green,onMainInverterboard)
Ontheinvertermainboardwemeasuretheinputvoltage.The3phasesarerectiedandlightlylteredto
achieveanaveragevoltage.Duetothelightlteringamissingphasewillalsolowertheaveragevoltagesoit
willbedetected.VoltageinthecorrectrangeturnsontheREADYLEDD4(onthefarleftofthemainboards,
intheupperpartofthe“B”sectionorlowerpartofthe“A”section).Voltageoutsidethecorrectrangeormiss-
ingphasewillturnD4off.
AnACInputFaultbyitself(nootherfaultsoccurringatthesametime)willsetcodesinthe241-246group
dependingonwhichinverterseestheproblem.
INVFLT(D1,INVFLTLED,red,ontheInverterControlandFaultboard)
SeveralthingscancauseInvFlt(InverterFault).InverterfaultisindicatedbyanLED,D1ontheInverterCon-
trolandFaultboard.InverterFault,whenitoccurs,islatchedon.Thelatchisresetnexttimetheinverteris
enabledunlessitisstillactiveinwhichcaseitisimmediatelylatchedagain.InverterFaultwillsetthecodes
247-252unlessit’sinconjunctionwithanotherfaultinwhichcasethatfaultcodemaybeset.
Thingsthatcansettheinverterfault:
• Thelocal(totheinverter)+12V&-12Vbiassuppliesoutoftolerance.ThereareLEDsontheCap/Bias
boardthatlightindicatingthesebiassuppliesarepresentbutdon’tverifytheyareintolerance.It’snot
likelythiswouldhappen.Morelikelythatfaultrelatedtothe+/-12Vthesupplywouldbemissingand
it’sLEDnoton.
• Capacitorimbalance.InacapimbalanceconditionD3,redLedonthemainboard(lowerleftcornerof
bottomor“A”sectionandupperleftcorneroftheupperor“B”section),willlatchon.
• Primaryovercurrent.Thisisanovercurrentconditioninmainswitchingtransformer’sprimary.Thiswill
latchonbutisclearedwhentheinverterisenabledunlessitisstillactiveinwhichcaseitisimmediately
latched again.
• InverterovertemperaturesetstheFaultsignalandLEDbuthasitsownfaultsignaltotheCCM.SeeOT
