EXCLUSIONS FROM LIMITED WARRANTY:
This Limited Warranty shall not apply and VTB has no liability under this Limited Warranty if the Turtle Beach Product:
-isusedforcommercialpurposessuchas“LAN,CallCenters”(includingrentalorlease);
-ismodiedortamperedwith;
-isdamagedbyActsofGod,powersurge,misuse,abuse,negligence,accident,wearandtear,mishandling,misapplication,orothercausesunrelatedtodefective
materialsorworkmanship;
-serialnumberisdefaced,alteredorremoved;
-isnotusedinaccordancewiththedocumentationanduseinstructions;or
-isrepaired,modiedoralteredbyotherthanauthorizedrepaircenters.
