Session Reports
Session reports provide specific information regarding results and content for each class session. Insight 360 Cloud provides
six types of Session reports:
l Performance Analysis - The Session Performance Analysis report provides a summary view of how each student
performed during a single class session.
l Options include choosing a session and changing the proficiency setting
l Available in grid or chart views
l Each student is listed on a separate line (grid view) or bar (chart view) along with score and proficiency rating
(yes/no on grid; above/below on chart)
l Can be exported to CSV file
l Question Analysis - The Session Question Analysis report provides specific information regarding each question
assessed in a single class session.
l Each question is presented on its own ā€œpageā€ with navigation buttons to access more questions
l Displays the question name, question type, responses, number and percentage of students who answered with
each response
l Session Content - The Session Content report provides all screenshots captured in a single class session.
l Options allow you to filter the screenshots by type (manual, Verbal question, Tagged question, ExamView
question and Constructed Response)
l Each screenshot is presented on its own ā€œpageā€ with navigation buttons to access more screenshots
l Clicking the image displays the screenshot in full-screen mode. Press the ESC key to return the screen to
normal.
l Response Summary - The Session Response Summary report provides proficiency data based on the percentage of
correct answers.
l Options include changing the proficiency setting
l Displays the question number, correct answer, percentage correct, number of students who did not respond and
other responses
l Scores are color coded green for students above the proficiency setting and yellow for students below the
proficiency setting
l Can be exported to CSV file
l Student Summary - The Session Student Summary report provides proficiency data based on each individual student.
l Options include changing the proficiency setting
l Displays the student name, Student ID, number of questions presented, number of questions answered
correctly, number of questions answered incorrectly, number of questions not responded to, and the overall
score
l Scores are color coded green for students above the proficiency setting and yellow for students below the
proficiency setting
l Can be exported to CSV file
l Response Grid - The Session Response Grid report provides all student responses for all questions assessed during a
single class session. This report is similar to the information provided in Scores, but the data can only be exported from
the Response Grid report.
