Navigate Within a Test or Question Bank
To scroll a test/question bank using the mouse
To do this... Do this...
Scroll up one line Click the up arrow ▲ on the scroll bar.
Scroll down one line Click the down arrow ▼ on the scroll bar.
Scroll up one screen Click above the scroll box.
Scroll down one screen Click below the scroll box.
Scroll in a test/bank Click on the scroll bar thumb ≡ and drag it up or down.
Scroll to the left Click the up arrow ◄ on the scroll bar.
Scroll to the right Click the down arrow ► on the scroll bar.
To identify (select) an item on a test or in a question bank
To highlight... Press...
any item
Position the mouse pointer on an item displayed in a test or question bank (question,
answer, narrative, title, or instruction) and click the primary mouse button once.
next item ▼ (down arrow)
previous item ▲ (up arrow)
first item Home
last item End
item on next screen Page Down
item on previous screen Page Up
TIP
To edit an item on a test or in a question bank, highlight (select) the item and then click Edit at the
bottom of the window. As a shortcut, you can double-click an item.
