WEED1-M - Turf-Tec WeedAway Weed
Removal Tool
The new Turf-Tec WeedAway is a heavy duty weed removal tool designed to
twist weeds out of turfgrass areas. It is made of heavy duty gauge steel and also
contains an ejection rod to remove the weed from the tool after popping the weed
out of the ground.
The Turf-Tec WeedAway tool comes with two sets of heat treated spikes. One
set uses three 1/4 inch steel spikes by three inches deep to twist weeds from fine
turfgrass areas without bending over. The second set of spikes are 5/16 inch
diameter by four inches deep and designed for optimum root removal of weeds on
lawns and fairways.
Now, for the first time, a really heavy duty weed removal tool designed for the
rugged maintenance of everyday use. This tool not only removes the weed, but
also twists off the entire root system to prevent re-growth. The Turf-Tec
WeedAway Tool also has replaceable heavy duty spikes to insure many years of
service.
Assembly Instructions
For Small Size Weeds and Fine Turf Areas
Insert small spikes in centermost hole pattern
with nuts on bottom ONLY and secure tightly
into place.
For Medium Size Weeds
Insert large spikes in middle hole pattern with
nuts on bottom ONLY and secure tightly into
place
For Large Size Weeds
Insert large spike in outermost hole pattern
with nuts on bottom ONLY of spikes and
secure tightly into place
