It’s your first time using this dehydrator? 1. Read all of the instruction included in this manual. 2. Wash all accessories in hot soapy water. 3. The oven cabinet is coated with a layer of shipment protective oil. Please clean the cabinet with wet cloth. Then plug the oven and run it at 80ºC for at least 1 hour. You don’t need to put anything inside the oven during this process. Some smell or even smoke will come out at the first run of the oven. It’s not harmful and normal situation. 4.
Operation of this food dehydrator 1. Slice food (for example, fruit) into 5 to 8 mm thickness and put the slices on wire racks. 2. Put wire racks into the cabinet. 3. Plug the dehydrator. You will hear a BEEP and the screen shows for 1 second. 4. Select temperature by pressing “↑” or “↓” on the control panel. Temperature changes degree by degree from 35ºC to 80 ºC. To fast change temperature in a short time, keep your finger on the control panel. 5. Adjust time by pressing “+” or “–” on the control panel.
