If I call my cable operator and they say they do not offer high-speed cable modem service, what
can I do?
- Tell them that your are interested in receiving the service and fill out our lead generator found on our
web site to make them aware of the demand.
If my cable operator offers the service, but not with the TurboComm DAZ8801F / ECM100
Cable Modem, can I purchase the modem from you and use it with their service?
- Unfortunately, the cable operator decides who their cable modem vendor is going to be and you have
to go along with their decision. However, we do make up 75% of the market today so you have a good
chance of being able to use a DAZ8801F / ECM100 Cable Modem!
Can I get an internal Cable Modem?
- Yes, we are providing also PCI bus interface internal cable modem.
