WELDING ELECTRODES
You want a stick electrode you can trust.
That’s just what you’ll find with ESAB’s
electrodes. No matter the project, ESAB
electrodes offer the ease of use, superior
welding performance, tough mechanical
properties, and consistent quality you
need to get the job done.
Each electrode is unique and when
working with different materials (Steel,
Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, etc.) they
require different preparations. So find the
electrode that best fits your application,
and get ready to take your welding to the
next level.
SUREWELD 6013 ELECTRODES
Sureweld 6013 is an all-position electrode
with arc power that allows depositing
quick welds, medium penetration, and
good appearance. Used on a wide array
of mild steel fabrication, welding vehicle
bodies, ducts chassis, freight cars,
ornamental jobs and thin-sheet structures.
CLASSIFICATION: AWS A5.1, E6013
ATOM ARC 7018 ELECTRODES
Atom Arc 7018 is an all-position low
hydrogen moisture resistant electrode.
This premium quality electrode meets a
multitude of codes was developed to weld
carbon and low-alloy steels, including a
variety of harden-able steels.
CLASSIFICATION: ASME SFA 5.1,
AWS A5.1, E7018 H4R
SUREWELD 6011 ELECTRODES
Sureweld 6011 is an all-position,
cellulosic type electrode designed for AC,
producing an easily controlled forceful arc
with deep penetration and a high quality
weld metal. Used primarily for welding
mild steels applications, buildings, piping,
shipbuilding, pressure vessels and tanks.
CLASSIFICATION: AWS A5.1, E6011
