exterior (galvanized steel top, bottom and back) and interior. It
guarantees the utmost in cleanliness and long product life. Sharp
corners and edges have been rounded to reduce the risk of injury.

The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place
using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation.

Each tray slide accommodates up to one (1) 6” deep full size pan or
one (1) 18” x 26” size pan or two (2) 14” x 18” size pans or
three (3) 12” x 20” size pans.
Heated cabinet holds 140°F ~ 180°F for the best
