Repair Icon Cache
If reloading your icons doesn't solve the problem, then it might be because of errors in your
icon cache. The icon cache is a file that Windows uses to store all currently loaded icons for
faster access later. A single error in this file can potentially corrupt every icon. Fortunately,
with TuneUp Styler, you can also fix this problem. Simply click Repair Icon Cache. You
must restart your computer for the repair to take effect.
"Visual Style" category
Windows Visual Style allows all modern applications to get a new look. Click Visual Style
in the navigation bar to customize your visual style.
When you select a visual style from the list provided, you see a preview and related
information to the right. Once you have decided on a visual style, simply click Apply
Visual Style
You can now download Visual Styles for free from the TuneUp website. Simply click the
to enable it. Your screen will darken for a moment while TuneUp Styler
applies the new visual style to your system. Once the wait message disappears your
Windows interface will emerge in all its new glory.

browser will open and load the TuneUp website with a selection of Visual Styles to choose
from. Click on a style to add it to TuneUp Styler's list of Visual Styles.
