User's Manual

Customize Windows
67
As soon as the program opens, the various Categories that you can configure are
shown on the left side of the window. These categories are Appearance, Usage,
Communication, Administration and Wizards. Each of these categories contains
multiple subcategories.
As soon as you click one of the subcategories with your left mouse button, the
available options are shown on the right side of the window. Take a look at all of
the settings that can be configured with the program, you will find many
interesting and useful options.
All the settings should be self-explaining. If you nontheless wish more detailed
information for single options you can simply click on Help in the upper right
corner or press F1: you directly jump to the help for the category you're just on.
Note: TuneUp System Control adapts to the installed operating system
automatically and only offers the options that are supported by your system.
Don't be surprised when you see different options under Windows XP and
Windows Vista, for example.
