STEP 1: Estimate Material - Measure length & width of project area. Multiply these two numbers to determine square footage. Add 10% to
allow for errors. Each panel of PolyDecor™ measures 42” x 26” and will cover 7 square feet. Using 3 beads of adhesive a 10oz container will
adhere 1.5 panels. If using tape, a minimum of 10.5 linear feet of tape will be needed for each panel.
STEP 2: Surface Prep – Clean the two outside and center corrugations on which the adhesive/tape will be applied with a soft towel and
isopropyl alcohol. Lightly sand these corrugations and the areas to which the panel will be adhered if they are glossy. This will help form a
stronger bond and ensure a great look over time. **Please note: Always read and follow adhesive manufacturer’s instructions.

STEP 3: Cutting Panels – Use the marker to mark cutting lines on the back side of the panels. Panels can be easily cut with a pair of hand snips.
When cutting out areas for xtures, use utility knife to cut along the corrugations, and the snips to cut across. Use caution when using utility
knife so the blade does not slip. If using a circular saw, be sure to wear eye protection and any other personal protective equipment
recommended by the manufacturer. Use an 80-tooth blade reversed to ensure the panels cut smoothly. Multiple panels may be cut at once
this way.

STEP 5: Finishing Touches – Outlet and switch covers can be painted to match the PolyDecor™ panels, but outlets may need to be shimmed
and longer screws may be required to accommodate the depth of the corrugations. Edges of the project can be trimmed with wood, vinyl,
composite, metal, or other trim preferences.
STEP 4: Apply Panels – For best results, begin application of panels at edge or corner of project and work outwards. Apply one strip of tape
or ¼” bead of adhesive to the outside and center corrugations on back side of panel. Align panel with surface and press in place.
Follow tape/adhesive manufacture’s directions to determine time to hold in place to allow for bond to form. Panels can be hung with
corrugations running vertically or horizontally. When using more than one panel, over lap outside corrugations. Small amounts of tape or
adhesive can be applied at over lap to ensure a great look over time. Be sure to wipe excess adhesive from front of panels immediately with
soft damp towel.
