Chicken Coop Step by Step Assembly Instruction Finished Size:4*3*2m Step 1 Check parts before assembly.
Please note before assembly: put each clip spring into each tube with narrowed ends as below: Step 2 Assemble coop on a level surface and connect the bottom frame. Gather4 A-tubes, 2 B-tubes, 2 C-tubes, 2 L-connections, and 4 M-connections. (1420mm) (1815mm) (1815mm) (1420mm) (1420mm) (1815mm) (1420mm) (1815mm) Slip ends of tubing into the connections. Step 3 Add uprights. Gather: 6 D-tubes, and put them into the connections.
Step 4 Add connections. Gather: 4 N -connections and 2 P-connections (in the middle tubes). And put them into the D-tubes. Step 5 Add A-tubes. Gather: 4 A-tubes. And put them into the connections. (1892mm) Step 6 Add roof frame. Gather: 4 E-tubes , 2 F -tubes , 2 N -connections and 1 P-connections. And put the ends of the tube into the connections.
Step 7 Add top tubes. Gather: 2 A-tubes. And put them into the connections.
Step 8 Add gate post. Gather: 2 G-tubes. 4 clamps , 2 carriage bolts with nuts. And put the narrow side of G-tubes into F-tubes. (1670mm) Connect the G-tubes and B-tubes with 4 clamps and 2 carr iage bolts with nuts.
Step 9 Add K-tube. Gather: 1 K-tube, 4 clamps , 2 carriage bolts with nuts.. Connect the K-tube and F-tube with 4 clamps and 2 carriage bolts with nuts..
Step 10 Assemble the gate frame. Gather: 1 H-tube, 1 I -tube, 1 J-tube, 4 clamps, 2 carriage bolts with nuts.. Connect the tubes, with 4 clamps and 2 carriage bolts with nuts.. (430mm) Step 11 Install the gate. 1. Gather male and female hinges, 4 carriage bolts with nuts, and the gate. 2. Install the upper and lower female hinge. 3. Position the gate centered in the gate opening. 4. Attach bottom male hinge and slide up to meet bottom female hinge. Tighten securely . 5.
Step 12 Add wire mesh Gather 1 roll wire mesh and cable ties. 1. Tie the wire mesh and the tube at the start of part 1with cable ties.(The space between 2 cable ties is advised to be 20cm, same with next steps.) And drape long side of wire mesh over the frame. Tie the wire mesh and the tube of other end of part 1. Cut the extra mesh. 2. Repeat above step to cover part 2 to 7. 3. Tie the tubes and wire mesh together for all the coop frame.
Step 13 Add Tarp and Secure with Ball Bungees Gather tarp and 20 ball bungees. Drape four sides of tarp over frame. Attach all bungees to the tarp and coop frame. Important: Tarp is not designed to withstand the weight of snow.
