5A. Prepare the latch for installation on tube on gate

tube E by removing the nut, washers, and bolt

from the latch. Installation point will be at the

hole centered on the gate tube as shown.

5B. Assemble the latch in the order shown in the

diagram and hand tighten. Note that the plastic

clear washers are to be between the latch and the

tube.

You can hold in this position temporarily by using

a zip tie for the next steps.

5E. Remove the bolt and nut from the T Clamp B .

Take each side of the the clamp and put them

over the horizontal lower tube next to the gate as

shown. Slide the bolt through the front as shown

and hold the clamp loosley in place by tightening

the nut against the washer.

5F. Insert the last remaining vertical tube A into the

top of the loosely t T clamp B . Once tube A is in-

serted fully, tighten both nuts to hold the vertical

tub in place but so the T clamb B is able to be slid

left or right.

5G. Remove the bolt and nut from the remaing

T Clamp B . Take each side of the the clamp

and put them over the horizontal upper

tube next to the gate as shown. Position to

clamp the horizontal tube and also hold the

vertical tube in place. Slide the bolt through

the front as shown and hold the clamp loos-

ley in place by tightening the nut against

the washer. Leave enough play so the clamp

can move left or right.
