GATE ASSEMBLY

3A. Begin by inserting tube D (no hole in middle) into a

corner tting G . Then Insert tube F into the other

side of the tting.

3B. Secure the tubes to the tting using a set screws and

hex wrench.

3C. Repeat this process with corner tting and the tubes as

laid out in the diagram to the left. Be sure that hole on

tube E points out (reference the diagram - the hole on

tube E should be pointing toward you.)

At this time you should have a rectangle shaped gate frame

fully assembled.

CONNECTING GATE TO FRAME (a s tep stool or l a dd er is re commended)

4A. Measure down approximately 12-14 inches from the

top any vertical tube D . Unscrew the bolt o the male

side of hinge H . Then, slide the male side of hinge

H over your chosen tube A with the ange pointing

down. This will become your hinge post (gate will attach

here and swing.) Choose your post based on where

you would like the gate and which way you would like

it to swing. The following instructions will show how to

congure a right hand swing but you are free to reverse

it and install it as a left hand swing door by mirroing the

hinges on another vertical post A .

4B. Once the male hinge is in place around the tube with

the ange pointing down, you will insert the bolt you

removed in step 4A from one side and secure it with the

nut on the other.

4C. Repeat steps 4A & 4B for the lower male hinge measur-

ing this time from the bottom for placement instead of

the top. The only variation is the ange for the lower

male hinge points up instead of down.

4D. Remove the nut and bolt from the female side of hinge

H . Slide the female side of the hinge over tube D .

4E. Insert bolt through female hinge and screw nut onto the

opposite side. Leave the nut loose so you can slide the

femal hinge up and down the vertical tube D easily.
