STEP4 A. Make sure locking block is in the unlocked position as shown B. Place top of latch into groove on Top (A). STEPS Insert Bolts (D) through the the bottom side of Bottom (B) and secure with Wing Nuts (E) until tight. Tighten Wing Nuts (E) with hands only. Repeat in all small holes around kennel. Periodically check nuts to maintain tightness. C. Snap hinge into place on Bottom (B) underside of rim. D. Push locking block in the direction of the arrow shown.
