Once the correct size of the mattress and cover has been confirmed, carefully open the

vacuumed sealed mattress. Please note that it takes time for the mattress to completely

recover from the vacuumed sealed compression. Our orthopedic beds will take between

one to five days to reach their maximum size.

Washing & Maintenance Instructions

All covers and liners are machine washable. DO NOT WASH FOAM MATTRESSES inside of

orthopedic beds and crate pads. Orthopedic mattresses should be exposed to fresh air

when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from other laundry and

separately from each other. Washing the cover and liner together in the same cycle may

result in damage to the liner. We highly recommend using a laundry bag to wash the liner

in. Wash in a cold water and a delicate cycle. Liners should be washed unzipped and open

to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air

drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot

treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery

attachment for your vacuum can also be used.

have received the correct mattress cover prior to opening. We also recommend comparing

the cover to your dog's crate before you open the packaged mattress. If the vacuum seal

on the mattress has been opened it cannot be returned. We realize that ordering the

wrong size can happen. If you ordered the wrong size, or received an incorrect item,

please do not remove the mattress from the bag. This will allow for easy return shipping.
