WARRANTY
TSOVET now offers LIFETIME BATTERY REPLACEMENT and a FIVE YEAR
LIMITED WARRANTY on all quartz models.
*Mechanical/Automatics watches come with a 1 year limited warranty.
TSOVET guarantees that your timepiece will be free of material and
workmanship defects and warrants the dependable functioning of its entire
movement. If your TSOVET timepiece malfunctions within the five year period,
TSOVET will repair your watch. Components are subject to availability.
TSOVET does not cover internal or external damage resulting from abuse or
mishandling. Use in saunas, hot tubs or excessively hot water or normal wear
and aging from scratches and abrasions to the crystal, case, band, or buckle.
Unauthorized alterations or tampering through the addition or substitution of
parts, batteries or accessories not supplied by TSOVET will not be covered.
Watches purchased from an unauthorized dealer are not warranted.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
TSOVET offers lifetime battery replacement free of charge.
Battery replacements made by third-parties or non-warranted dealers and the
use of batteries other than those prescribed by TSOVET will void the warranty.
We will not reimburse customers who pay to have their batteries replaced.
