STEP 5:
Attach the 2 Handlebars (No. 11L/R) to
2 Swing Bars (No. 5L/R) respectively
with 4 Carriage Bolts (No. 12), 4 Arc
Washers (No. 35) and 4 Cap Nuts (No.
77) by Spanner (No. 116).
Remove 4 Phillips Tapping Screws
(No. 27) from 2 Cover for Left Swing
Bar (No. 51L/R) and 2 Cover for Right
Swing Bar (No. 78L/R) respectively by
Spanner (No. 116).
Remove 2 Phillips Tapping Screws
(No. 26) from 2 Swing Bars (No. 5L/R)
by Spanner (No. 116). Then attach 2
Cover for Left Swing Bar (No. 51L/R)
and 2 Cover for Right Swing Bar (No.
78L/R) to 2 Swing Bars (No. 5L/R)
respectively with 4 Phillips Tapping
Screws (No. 27) and 2 Phillips
Tapping Screws (No. 26) that were
removed. Tighten and secured with
Spanner (No. 116).
NOTE: Both Cover for Left Swing Bar
(No. 51L/R) and Cover for Right
Swing Bar (No. 78L/R) are labeled: L
for LEFT and R for RIGHT.
Remove 2 Phillips Tapping Screws
(No. 26) from 2 Roller Arms (No. 7) by
Spanner (No. 116). Then attach 2
Roller Covers (No. 52) to 2 Roller
Arms (No. 7) respectively with 2
Phillips Tapping Screws (No. 26) that
were removed. Tighten and secured
with Spanner (No. 116).
