seatedproperlyin the handle,

sideof lowerhandle,
a, Removehairpinclipfromthis hole,Usinga pairof
pliers,inserthairpinclip intothe otherholeon the
weldpin, Repeaton otherside,
b, inserta carriagebolt fromthe hardwarepackinto
the upperholeon thehandlemountingbracket,
Securewithoneplasticwing nut,also included
inthe hardwarepack,Repeatonotherside with
remainingitemsfromhardwarepack,
3, The ropeguideis attachedto the right sideof the
upperhandle,Loosenthe wingnut whichsecuresthe
ropeguide,
a, Holdthe bladecontrolagainstupperhandle,
b, Pullstarterropeoutof the engine,Releasethe
bladecontrol,
c, Slipstarterropeintoropeguide,Tightenwingnut,
4, Insertpostoncane ties into holesprovidedon the
lowerhandle,Pullcane tie tightandtrimexcess,
