Operation with hose attached to the condensation plug
At a high humidity level it is recommendable to constantly drain
the condensate via a hose, for otherwise the condensation tank
has to be emptied too frequently.
To do so, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the condensation tank as indicated in fig. A.
2. Remove the protective cap at the condensation connection,
e.g. by means of a slotted screwdriver, as illustrated in fig. B.
3. Remove the plug from the condensation connection (fig. C).
4. Insert the plug into the condensation tank drain located within
the device (fig. C).
5. Connect a suitable hose with an inner diameter of 12 mm to
the condensation connection (fig. D).
Note:
The hose is not included in the scope of delivery.
6. Put the condensation tank back in.
7. Lay the hose to a drain or collection container. To ensure
continuous drainage, make sure that the hose runs in a
straight line and does not exceed the height of the drain hole
(see fig. E).
