Changing tools
The device is equipped with a tool holder with locking
mechanism for hexagon (drill) bits. Please proceed as follows to
remove or insert tools:
1. Set the switch for clockwise/counter-clockwise rotation(5)
to centre position(lock).
2. Pull the locking mechanism at the tool holder(1) back and
hold it in place.
3. If necessary, take the (drill) bit out of the tool holder(1).

4. Insert the appropriate (drill) bit into the tool holder(1).
5. Let go of the locking mechanism at the tool holder(1).
Torque selection / drilling setting
Using the torque selection, you can choose the desired, optimal
torque setting.
• Select a low torque for smooth-running screws or soft
materials.
• Select a high torque for tight screws and hard materials as
well as for unscrewing.
• For drilling, select the drilling setting indicated by the
symbol
.

When unscrewing, note the setting of the rotational
direction! On the clockwise / counter-clockwise
rotation direction indicator(5) you can see in which
direction the screws will be screwed.
Do not use the drilling setting
for screwing!
