♦ The mobile phone is not placed correctly on the charging

pad and induction charging does not start. Check the

position of the mobile phone (see section Wirelessly

charging a mobile phone).

The operating LED 1

5/24 ﬂashes blue.

♦ The mobile phone is not compatible with Qi induction

charging technology and cannot be charged. Use a

suitable adapter to charge your mobile phone by

induction charging.

♦ Metal plates are used in some mobile phone covers.

The operating LED 1

5/24 may react to these metal

plates. Do not use the covers when induction charging.

Remove them from the mobile phone beforehand.

The operating LEDs 1

5 and 24 ﬂash green.

♦ The green ﬂashing is triggered when an incompatible

USB mains adapter or cable is used. Make sure that a

compatible USB mains adapter and cable are used (USB

mains adapter not supplied, see section Technical data).
