Status of the LED display
Depending on the operating status, the operating LEDs 15
and 24 behave as follows:
Operating LED Status
Lights up blue for
approx. 3 seconds
Device is being supplied with
power and is ready for use
Off
Standby
The operating LED 15 or 24
goes out when the mobile phone
is fully charged.
Lights up blue
Mobile phone is charged by
induction
Flashes blue
Mobile phone is not compatible
Error message
Flashes green
Incompatible mains adapter or
cable connected
Troubleshooting
The operating LEDs 15 and 24 do not light up
for approx. 3 seconds when starting.
♦ Check the connection of the USB-C plug to the charging
pad on the connection socket

♦ Check the connection of the USB-A plug to the USB
mains adapter (not supplied).
♦ Connect the USB mains adapter to another socket.
The operating LED 1
5/ 24 does not light up while
a mobile phone is on the charging pad 1
1/23.
(A mobile phone is not charging.)
♦ The cover of the mobile phone may be preventing
induction charging. Remove the cover from your mobile
phone.
