Q: Can my phone be charged up quickly?
A: This power strip doesn’t support Quick Charge
(QC2.0/3.0/4+) or Fast Charging technology.
Therefore you may experience slow charging speed
for those newly-released smart phones.
Q: Why can’t the USB ports charge my devices properly?
A: Please verify whether your USB cable works fine, or
whether the power strip has been powered on with
its LED indicator displaying white. If yes, the USB
ports could become defective. In this case, please
email us at support@etrond.com for the help.
Q: Can I use TROND Prime Mini II while travelling
abroad?
A: Yes, as it supports the worldwide voltage of 100-250V.
However, different countries may differ in both voltage
and physical plug/socket. Please get the right plug
adapter and also verify whether your devices could
support the destination voltage.
Q: How do I check my device’s input current
and voltage?
A: Please refer to your device’s user manual, original
OEM charging adapter, or contact the device
manufacturer to get this information.
