• Tips to ensure initialization succeeds:
o Confirm unit is plugged in.
o Make sure no one else in the house is using a cell phone.
o Confirm that your phone call is still active and try pushing initialization
button again.
Checklist:
⌧ In-Home Repeater must be in a room where you are already receiving a signal from a
cellular base station.
⌧ Re-rad antenna operational LED (left-most) must be either green (best) or yellow
(operable).
⌧ Signal strength LEDs (five indicators) must have at least two lit (operable).
⌧ Initialize In-Home Repeater by placing call on your cell phone and pushing
initialization button on the back of the re-rad antenna while call is active. A series of
green flashes indicates successful initialization.
⌧ Re-rad antenna should be installed to allow a minimum of 12” clearance from the unit
in order to meet federal guidelines regarding RF radiation.
