The F510 dispensing mechanism is shipped inside the security vault (see section in this manual under
“COMBINATION LOCK” for opening lock mechanism). There are shipping brackets that secure the assembly
inside the cabinet and on the slide tray. These will have to be removed first before removing the dispenser.
Follow the procedures below for removal.
REMOVING THE F510:
1. Open the lower right rear cabinet door (2-door) or lower cabinet door (1-door).
2. REMOVE SHIPPING BRACKET FROM CABINET:
Remove the two (2) wing nuts (Business Hours) or nuts (Level 1) that secure the bracket to the cabinet.
Next, remove the two (2) thumbscrews on each side of the bracket that are secured to the dispenser.
Remove the shipping bracket. You may either discard the bracket/screws or retain for future shipment.
NOTE: THE SHIPPING BRACKET/SCREWS ARE NOT INSTALLED FOR OPERATION OF THE
UNIT!
3. EXTEND DISPENSER TRAY:
Press down on the green tray latch and extend
the tray fully.
