INTRODUCTION
Prism uses Microsoft WOSA (Windows Open System Architecture) eXtensions
for Financial Services (XFS) to “talk” to peripheral hardware devices (card
reader, printer, dispensers, etc).
When a problem occurs with these devices, an error code (WOSA) is sent to
the financial institution.
The terminal will also display Triton-specific error codes that most of you are
familiar with.
The following tables list both the WOSA and associated Triton error codes.
