EXPORT UNAUDITED RECORDS
ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
1. From the M
AIN MENU screen, select the ELECTRONIC JOURNAL option by
pressing number <3> on the keypad.
2. From the ELECTRONIC JOURNAL screen, select the EXPORT UNAUDITED
RECORDS option by pressing the number <1> on the keypad.

ESCRIPTION:
The EXPORT UNAUDITED RECORDS function allows user to save all unaudited
records to an external storage device that is attached to any available USB port
on the computer. This option saves an electronic journal XML file in zipped
format. It contains all the records that have not been previously marked as
audited. For example:
EJ12345678101420051410.zip
12345678 - Terminal number
10142005 - Date (mmddyyyy)
1410 - Time (hhmm)
This procedure requires you to attach an external storage device such as a pin
drive to one of the USB ports on the computer. To save parameters to the device:
 Open the control panel (RL
XP
) or cabinet sleeve door (FT
XP
).
 Locate one of the USB port connectors. Install the external device into
an available USB port connector. Close the control panel (RL
XP
).
 Press <3> on the keypad. At the confirmation dialog, select <Enter> to
save the terminal parameters to the device.
