TEST DISPENSE

FACTORY DEFAULT: N/A

ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Select DIAGNOSTICS from the MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS

screen

2. Select the TEST DISPENSE option.

DESCRIPTION:

The TEST DISPENSE command instructs the dispensing mecha-

nism in the Cash Dispenser to dispense a single note from each

Note Cassette, sending each note into the Reject Cassette. This

test exercises the dispenser without sending notes to the exit. The

return code for a successful TEST DISPENSE depends upon the

model of the Cash Dispenser:

9700, 9705, 9710

A return code of ‘20 20 21’ indicates a single successful test dis-

pense. Press the cancel key to return to the diagnostics menu.

The following return codes indicate a successful test dispense:

• 2-Cassette Mechanism: 01100

• 3-Cassette Mechanism: 01110

• 4-Cassette Mechanism: 01111

Press the cancel key to return to the DIAGNOSTICS main menu.

If any code other than what is indicated above is displayed, con-

tact your service provider for assistance

RROR CONDITIONS:

The Return Code received as a result of initiating a TEST DIS-

PENSE command may indicate an error condition in the dispens-

ing mechanism.
