2. Refer to Figure 1. Identify the note support assembly. If the note support arms are made of
metal, they must be removed before the length adjustment can be performed. If the note sup-
port arms are made of plastic, ensure they are in the Not In Use position (folded in as shown
in Figure 2).
3. Push the note support assembly to the rear (feed-end) of the cassette, as in Figure 3.
4. Identify the note guides (see Figure 4). There is a left note-guide and a right note-guide (left
and right are as seen from the front or handle end of the cassette). The guides consist of
spring-loaded rails attached to individual support assemblies. The support assembly provides
the mechanism for adjusting the length setting of the guide-rail. The guide-rails can be moved
closer or farther apart on their support assemblies, to accommodate currencies of various lengths.
