SDD 20T Gear replacemenT
removal proceDure
InSpecTIon
- The Clutch roller on the Lever Contra and the 2 (two)
20T gears MUST have the following identication
(INA HF0612KFR) or (Origin). If not then inform
Triton Technical Support to obtain replacements.
- Gently remove the Belt starting from the lower Gear,
this can be done by hand, the screwdriver in the photo
is used as an indicator.
Areas of inspection:
Lever Contra
2 (two) 20T gears
(1 is under the pulley gear)
Belt

NOTE: The ORIGIN clutch marks the rotating
direction with the arrow, The INA clutch marks
the locking direction.
