1. Obtain the terminal serial number. is can be found on the inside of the cabinet.
2. Navigate to Management Functions > Diagnostics > Keypad Diagnostics.
3. Press Activate EPP. T9 keypad serial number, nonce, and user ID will be displayed on screen.

4. On laptop, navigate to www.tritonatm.com, then log in with username and password.
5. In the le hand navigation panel, click on Soware Activation.
6. In the blue box, click on Re-Activate T9 EPP.
7. Enter the terminal serial number, T9 keypad serial number, nonce and operator ID in the corresponding
boxes, then click Submit. A code will appear on the laptop screen.

8. Enter activation response code on the ATM via the on-screen keyboard and press Enter.
9. A pop-up dialog will appear stating “EPP Activation Successful.” If activation fails, repeat steps 6 through 8.
