is function allows user to add favorite or commonly used functions to a quick access menu.

1. Navigate to Management Functions > Favorites.

2. Press Put Favorite Choice Here to ll any empty slot in the menu. Alternately, pressing Choose Favorites at

the bottom of the menu highlights the rst open Put Favorite Choice Here slot.

3. List of management functions is displayed on screen. Use Page Up and Page Down buttons to navigate

through list. Touch desired option, then press Select.

4. When report has been printed or saved, press Back button to return to the main menu.
