ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Select DIAGNOSTICS from
the MANAGEMENT FUNC-
TIONS screen.
2.) Select the MORE DIAG-
NOSTICS option.

ESCRIPTION:
This screen allows you to select additional diagnostics functions. The func-
tions available are:
1.) INJECT NEW CASSETTE ID, which enables you to change the iden-
tification code of a cassette.
2.) RESET/TEST MODEM, which performs a functional test of the modem
hardware.
3.) FORCE UNLOCK CASSETTES, which allows you to override the
normal cassette unlocking mechanism.
4.) SCAN CARD, which enables you to test a customer’s ATM or credit
card for proper operation in the terminal card reader.
