ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Select CLOSE from the MAN-
AGEMENT FUNCTION
screen.
2.) Select CASSETTE CLOSE.
Choose a cassette (A, B, C, or
D).
3.) Select ENTER QTY. IN CASSETTE.

ESCRIPTION:
The ENTER QTY. IN CASSETTE function allows entry of the number of
documents in the cassette. This number is used as a starting point for the
cassette close report. Enter the total number of documents in the cassette
and press OK.
NOTE: Enter the number of documents placed in a cassette, not the value
of those documents.
