ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
1. From the M
AIN MENU screen,
select C
LOSE.
2. From the C
LOSE screen, select
C
ASSETTE CLOSE.

ESCRIPTION:
The following options will be available
from the C
ASSETTE CLOSE screen:
Select Cassette. This option allows
the operator to select cassette-
specific close operations. *Note:
Only Cassette A is available for
single cassette dispensers.
1. Trial Cassette Close. Prints a
receipt summarizing activity on
the selected cassette since the
last Cassette Close was performed
(Totals are not cleared or reported
to the host).
2. Cassette Close. This function is
used to complete the balancing of
the specified cassette. It prints a
report summarizing all activity on
the selected cassette since the last
C
ASSETTE CLOSE and clears the to-
tals. It also resets the number of
bills in the cassette to zero (0).
3. Select Cassette. Allows operator
to switch between cassettes when
performing cassette close opera-
tions.
4. Enter Qty. in Cassette. This option allows entry of the number of
notes/documents in the cassette. This number is used as the starting
point for the cassette close report. *Note: Enter the total number
of
notes/documents placed in the cassette, NOT
the value of the docu-
ments.
