MOBILE IP: Indicates whether the module is setup for Mobile IP only = 2 or
Mobile IP Preferred = 1. When the module connects to the Verizon network,
Verizon assigns it an IP address. These modules have been configured for static
IP addresses which dictate that a specific IP address be downloaded to the
module. But, if the module is set up for Mobile IP Preferred, it will first attempt
to load the assign static IP address. If this IP is unavailable for some reason,
Verizon will load an arbitrary IP address. If the module is set up for Mobile IP
only and the primary static IP address is unavailable, the module will just fail to
register on the network.
SERIAL NUMBER: This is the ESN of the module in hex.
PROGRAM VERSION: The modem software version number.
EPROM VERSION: The modem Eprom version number.
