Freezing the cooling containers (Pic.02)
The most important step in making ice-cream is to make sure that the
cooling containers are properly frozen.
• Place the freezer bowl in the freezer and make sure the temperature of
the freezer is at least -18°c.
• For best results, the cooling container should be placed upright in the
back of your freezer, where the temperature is coldest.
• The length of time necessary to freeze the bowl (at least 8 hours), will
depend upon the temperature of the freezer.
• To check the ideal freezing condition we advice to shake the freezer
bowl, you should not hear any liquid moving between the walls of the
freezer bowl.
Hint: Keep the cooling container in the freezer, this allows you to make
your favourite ice-cream whenever you want.
