Gebrauchsanweisung Trisa Popcorn Classic, Art. 7707 Vor dem Benutzen Bitte lesen Sie alle in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung aufgeführten Informationen aufmerksam durch. Was Sie wissen sollten: Wie wird aus einem Maiskorn eigentlich Popcorn? Im Inneren eines Maiskorns befindet sich neben Stärke auch Wasser. Durch die Erhitzung eines Maiskorns kommt das Wasser quasi zum kochen und entwickelt Wasserdämpfe. Diese Dämpfe pressen gegen die harte Schale des Maiskorns und bringen diese zum Platzen. Die Maisstärke wird aufgebläht und es entsteht ein Popcorn.

Popcorn-Rezepte Grundrezept Popcorn nach belieben mit Butter und Salz oder Zucker würzen Karamel-Popcorn 6 Portionen 2 EL Butter 150 g brauner Zucker 50 ml Honig 80 g Popcorn, frisch zubereitet (etwa 3 Litermasse voll) Salz Butter, Zucker und Honig in einem Topf aufkochen lassen, bis sich der Zucker vollständig gelöst hat und die Masse etwas schäumt. Popcorn leicht salzen und in eine grosse Schüssel geben.

A savoir : Comment un grain de maïs devient-il popcorn ? Tout grain de maïs contient de l’eau en plus de l’amidon. Le réchauffement d’un grain de maïs fait quasiment bouillir l’eau à l’intérieur, entraînant le dégagement de vapeurs d’eau. Ces vapeurs exercent une pression contre l’enveloppe dure du grain de maïs et le forcent à éclater. L’amidon de maïs gonfle et on obtient ainsi du popcorn.

Quando il chicco di mais viene riscaldato, l’acqua al suo interno raggiunge quasi la temperatura d'ebollizione e sviluppa vapore acqueo. Il vapore preme contro le dure pareti del guscio del chicco facendole scoppiare. L’amido del chicco si gonfia e forma il popcorn.

What you should know: How does maize turn into popcorn? Apart from starch, the inside of a maize head also holds water. By heating the maize head the water is brought to a boiling point, which then creates steam. This steam presses against the hard shell of the maize corn and cause it to burst open. The starch then swells up and so forms a popcorn. Why are there maize corns left in the pot? There are two different reasons: Approx. 3% of the maize corns have minute, almost invisible cracks in the shell.
