Preparation of foods
Wash the fruit and vegetables. If necessary, cut them into pieces so that they fit into the
feed tube (9). Lots of fruits and vegetables will not need to be chopped because the feed
tube (9) is very wide.
Important
Fruits with hard or inedible skins, such as melons, mangos, oranges or kiwis must be
peeled first.
In the case of fruits with stones (e.g. nectarines, peaches, cherries, apricots, plums),
the stones must be removed first.
Carrots should be fed into the feed tube with the thin end of the root first.
Use
Place the motor unit (2) onto a dry, even surface.
Insert the filter (6) into the container (5) and place them both
onto the motor unit (2) (pourer facing forwards). Slowly turn
anti-clockwise until the container (5) clicks into place.
Place the juicer lid (7) onto the container (5) and turn anti-
clockwise until it shups -in.
Push the collector tray for fruit pulp (4) under the juicer cover
(7)until it locks into place. (You will cut down on cleaning if
you line the collector tray with a plastic bag.)
Place the juice jug (3) under the pourer.
Plug the appliance in. The appliance can only be plugged in
once all the parts are properly inserted and locked in
place. Switch the appliance on using the ON / OFF switch
(1).
Push the fruit or vegetables into the feed opening and press
down with the pusher (8). Press down on the pusher evenly.
Make sure that the pusher (8) moves in the furrow of the
feed tube. Do not overfill the feed tube (9).
