PD Charging Port Charges the Connected Chromebook, MacBook Pro or Other Device
The USB-C 100W Power Delivery (PD) port provides power and charging to the connected PD Charging-
compliant device (such as a MacBook Pro, Chromebook or Android smartphone). Connect the device’s
AC wall charger to the USB-C PD port, which supports power input up to 20V 5A (100W). That’s sufficient
wattage to fast-charge, sync and power most high-capacity devices, including the MacBook Pro. This port
can also be used for transferring data. PD 3.0 Fast Role Swap technology ensures all data and power
connections remain stable if the wall charger becomes accidentally dislodged.
Accesses a Wired Gigabit Ethernet Network
The RJ45 port offers access to a Gigabit Ethernet network when Wi-Fi is unavailable or when a wired
connection offers faster speeds. Connect using a UTP cable (Tripp Lite N201-Series Cat6 cables sold
separately), and enjoy true 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet speeds for fast data transfers.
Built-In USB-C Cable Attaches in Either Direction
Unlike traditional USB cables that connect in only one direction, the reversible USB-C male connector
plugs into a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port in either direction for a fumble-free connection every time.

The plug-and-play USB-C dock is specifically designed for use with the MacBook Pro, Google
Chromebook Pixel and other laptops, tablets and devices equipped with a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port. It
